Who should complete this form?
This online form should be completed by the parent/carer/guardian with the young person applying for a prospective funded place present.
Who will assess the applications?
Eligible applications will be reviewed and assessed by members of the GSA Faculty and members of the Widening Participation & Outreach Team at the University of Surrey.
When will a decision be made?
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application before commencing activity with GSA.
What are the terms of the funded places?
Funded places will be awarded based on a range of eligibility criteria and strength of case for support. More detailed information on the eligibility criteria is provided later in this application form.
Limited additional support may be made available towards course costs. If required, financial support may also be offered for other costs incurred in attendance (such as travel expenses).
